Last Year, there was AP TET, and candidates are required to qualify the AP TET Examination in order to write DSC Examination. But this year, Govt is going to mix both AP TET and AP DSC. This TET + DSC is now called AP TEST.
This YearAP DSC 2013/AP TET 2013 Examination will have 160 questions for 160 marks and 150mins of Time. DSC Examination paper will have two parts, Part A and Part B
2.General English - 15 Marks
3.General Telugu - 15 Marks
Total Marks - 60
Candidates are required to qualify this Part A Exam. Marks of this examination will not be carry forward to the Total Marks. This is just only a qualifying paper.
Part A Qualifying Marks
General Candidates have to secure 60% of the marks, that is 36 Marks
BC Candidates have to secure 50% of the marks, that is 30 Marks
SC/ST Candidates have to secure 40% of the marks, that is 24 Marks
2.Methodology - 20 Marks
3.Perspectives in Education (PE) - 10 Marks
4.General Knowledge and Current Affairs - 15 Marks
Total Marks - 100
This is the Main Paper. Candidates have to score maximum marks in this section.
NOTE: This is NOT yet confirmed by the AP State Govt, but this year exam will likely be in the above said pattern. This New Pattern will soon be announced by the govt.
